We strive to please all customers. Quality satisfaction terms on all finished products are based on the image requirements being met as noted in our Frequently asked questions section. Unfortunately, due to our products being custom made, returns due to poor quality images sumitted will not be accepted. Please follow our recommendations on picture requirements to get the best results. For Example, Lighter back grounds and having main subject in the fore ground make better quality throws. Please refer to our Image Requirements section for more details on which pictures work better before you place your order. If the image requirements are not met, before producing the product we will contact you requesting an alternative image meeting our requirements.  If the requirements cannot be met, we’ll provide you with the option of continuing production with that image.  In that case, the sale will be final. For finished products that have been produced after having met the image requirements, there is a satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event of a customer receiving our product and not being satisfied, contact us throug email at walkersales@availmailbox.com within 7 days of receiving the order for a Return Authorization Number.   After receiving this number, return the unwanted item and we will either redo it free of charge or offer a full refund (minus any shipping or processing charges applied).
